9월 19일(월) 오전 10시 30분쯤 산지천 일대에서 성매매처벌법개정연대 전국행진 제주발대식이 있었다.
시설협기관 및 종사자들의 참여로
여는 말을 제주여성인권연대 송영심대표님이 해주셨고 개복동,대명동 화재참사 희생자를 기리는 추모 묵념을 하였다.
발언에 앞서 성매매처벌법개정을 위한 노래와 퍼포먼스로 발대식의 문을 열었고

성매매처벌법개정연대 전국행진 결의문 낭독을 하고 산지천 집결 행진을 하고 행사를 마무리하였다.

9月19日(周一)上午10时30分,在山地川一带举行了性交易处罚法修订及全国游行济州出发仪式。
在设施协管机关及从业人员的参与下
济州女性人权负责人宋英心代表为此启动仪式发言,为纪念开福洞、大明洞火灾惨案牺牲者进行了默哀。
在发言之前，以修改性交易处罚法的歌曲和表演开启了成立仪式的大门。

Initiation ceremony for Jeju March to amend the Prostitution Punishment Act
